Shipping And Handling
All shipments are insured. It is the duty of the recipient to check that the item has arrived in an undamaged condition BEFORE signing for safe receipt. Any damage should be highlighted to the delivery driver and reported to f1hobbies immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: Large items will be delivered by courier. Delivery will be attempted once and the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your goods or rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact the courier the goods will be returned to f1hobbies and a 25GBP admin fee will be levied. The customer will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.
REMEMBER when ordering goods please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address to accept and sign for goods or to respond to any card left by the courier within 24hours.
